From February 19-28 a team of 27 from all across Canada, the United States, Brazil, Australia and Manila will be travelling to Virac Catanduanes to provide thorough eye examinations and prescription eyeglasses to the rural poor in the barrios.  We are thrilled to be working with Ambassador Zenaida Tacorda Rabago, Governor Cua of Catanduanes, Mayor Laynes of Virac and the Rotary Club of Virac.
